West Yorkshire based Arborist Team
Expanding our arborist team is always a key focus for Nimrod, based in West Yorkshire! Due to a high demand on our workload we are always on the lookout for talented climbers and keen young people looking to start their careers.
The industry is fast paced and challenging, Nimrod always seek to keep up with the demand, to retrain an re-educate ourselves at every opportunity.
Reece was our first apprentice to join Nimrod, joining the team enabled him to kickstart his career. As he was open to new opportunities Reece needed a good foundation and a company that would support him along the way.
It was never in doubt that he would be an asset to the team, having worked extremely hard on the course, he has quickly proved himself to be a very skilled climber with a keen eye for all health and safety aspects.

Now fully qualified Reece is one of our key players on the arborist team. His knowledge and passion shines through in all of his work as well as being an crucial part of the team and a very skilled worker.

Nimrod work closely with Askham Bryan College, having this relationship has just secured us our second apprentice.
Tom came to us with a thirst for learning and has little hesitation on taking on any task passed his way. Often the life and soul of the office, Tom brings youth, energy and fun to the team, however he equally takes control of the job in hand and demonstrates his ability to learn quickly and interact maturely as part of the team.
With Reece on hand to guide Tom, we know he will thrive within the arborist team.
Already securing himself a number of certificates, Tom is well on his way to becoming a very skilled worker.
Arborist Utility Contractors
Our arborist team works on both residential and commercial properties. We also have a specialised Arborist Utility team. Both are highly professional, fully qualified, and insured to carry out all tree related work.
Having specialised in-house plant allows us to work effectively and within our customer’s budgets. Securing us many large contracts with local councils and commercial clients.

Services include tree care and pruning to BS3998, tree felling and removal, stump grinding, and tree surveys.
